Japanese car manufacturer Nissan has launched its most affordable SUV Nissan Magnite in the new CNG variants in the Indian market. The initial price of this small SUV equipped with attractive look and powerful petrol engine has been fixed at Rs 6.89 lakh (with CNG kit). During this event, Saurabh Vats also announced the introduction of new Nissan Magnite CNG with retro-fitment. In response to Aaj Tak’s Sawaz, he said that Nissan Magnite CNG will be made available in Phase Manor. Starting this CNG Fitment will be available for sale in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi-NCR, later this SUV will be launched in other states.
Saurabh Vats said, “Nissan Magnite CNG will come in all manuals of petrol engine. This car will be available for sale at the dealership from June 1. The retro-fitment being given in this car is approved by the government which helps in providing better mileage.” On this kit, the company is offering warrants of 1 lakh kilometers and 3 years.
How much mileage will the car give?
Asked about the mileage of Nissan Magnite CNG, Saurabh Vats did not tell any data, but he said that “This CNG kit fitment is a completely safe and fuel efficient, you can expect a better mileage from this.”
CNG is increasing demand:
There is a strong increase in demand for CNG cars across the country. According to a report, a total of 7,15,213 CNG cars have been sold in India in the last calendar year. Which shows a strong growth of 35 percent year after year. Talking about the portfolio, Maruti Suzuki is the biggest player in the CNG segment.
