Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama will be organized on June 4 and 5 to commemorate the Ganga Dussehra festival in Ujjayini, the holy city of Mahakal. This orbit is done every year on the Ganges Dussehra festival. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, water Ganga Promotion Campaign is being run from March 30 to June 30 for water conservation across the state. For this purpose, a two -day mother Kshipra Parikrama is organized on the occasion of the Jyeshtha Varish Ganga Dussehra from the first fee side of the Jyestha.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has urged everyone for participation of Mokshadayini Kshipra pilgrimage, environmental protection and public awareness. He said that scholars, subject-experts, scientists and all sections of society join the circumambulation and engage in Kshipra protection work. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that during the Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama, the test report prepared by environmentalists, animals and botanists is sent to the government every year.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that development works have been taken prominently on the banks of the river Kshipra. In Kshipra Parikrama, construction of ghats, reconstruction of temples, purification of Kshipra river and Khan diversion scheme and boating are being done.
Arrangement in Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama
Director Maharaja Vikramaditya Shodhpeeth Ujjain Shri Ram Tiwari informed that all necessary arrangements will be made by the administration in Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama. In this, the cleaning of the Parikrama Marg, Ramghat, Dutt Akhara, Gurunanak Dev Ghat and the Chhatri Ghat of Ranoji will be cleaned by the Municipal Corporation Ujjain. Cleaning of Kshipra river, fountains, painting of temples and electrical decoration will be done. Halogen will be installed at Dutt Akhara, Gurunanak Ghat, Ramghat, Chunri-Pujan Site and Bhajan Sandhya site. The Municipal Corporation will make resting arrangements at Dutt Akhara Ghat area, Gurdwara Nanak Sahib on the first day of the yatra. For the convenience of passengers every year, tents, platforms, electrical arrangements will be made at Triveni, Ramghat, Dutt Akhara Ghat.
During Kshipra Parikrama, drinking water will be arranged at various sites by the Public Health Engineering Department. The Maintenance Gang of Ujjain Development Authority will prepared the path by filling the road with a marking of the route and filling the murti on the journey route. Medical arrangements will be made by the Health Department at ambulance, doctor and stop sites. During the yatra, there will be police system on the entire parikrama site and route. Srikhand and buttermilk will be arranged by Sanchi Milk Association. In the main function by the district administration, arrangements will be made on the parikrama route by making arrangements for bhajan evening, arrangement of VIP guests and sectors. Cooperation of cooperative societies of various villages will also be taken in the yatra. Arrangements will be made by the District Panchayat in the villages coming on the parikrama road.
