Construction of 275 houses was proposed
Explain that under the first phase (1.0) of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, construction of 275 houses in Merta Municipal area was proposed. Out of these, 140 houses have been fully prepared and the construction work of the remaining 135 houses is going on. These houses are being built on different locations of Merta urban area. Many construction works are in their final stages while some constructions have started recently.

Under the PM Awas Yojana 2.0 (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2.0), the beneficiaries who want to get benefits can apply by visiting their local municipal office.
While applying, it is necessary to submit the documents mentioned above. After checking the application, document verification and geo tagging, qualified applicants are given acceptance letters, on the basis of which the construction work of the house can be started.
