Body trade has been busted in a house in Aheri village of Nandini police station area in Durg district. When people came to know about the racket of body-business, the uproar started. After which the police was informed. The police reached the spot and pacified the people and arrested four people involved in the racket of prostitution by raiding the house.
District spokesperson ASP Padmashree Tanwar said, villagers got information that body trade is being operated in a house near Kalyan College in Aheri. The villagers created a ruckus first. Later informed the police. The police reached the spot and pacified the villagers by explaining it.
After this, the house was raided from where two men and two women were arrested. They were caught and taken to the police station and questioned. He has accepted to conduct illegal body-trade activities. The police have registered a case under various sections against the four accused and produced everyone before the court.
