Under the National Education Policy, the Council of Ministers took an important decision to improve the educational quality of children in the government schools of the state to conduct an important decision.

Under this campaign, special focus will be made at several important points to improve the quality of education, increase foster-teacher participation and upgrade educational achievements. Detailed guidelines will be issued by the School Education Department regarding the campaign. Under the campaign, schools will be graded on the basis of quality by social audit. Regular monitoring of weak schools will be ensured through officers and public representatives of various departments. By selecting model schools, teachers of weak schools will be given an educational tour there. Active participation of parents will be ensured through foster-teacher meetings (PTMs). Class teaching processes will be improved to increase the educational achievements of students.

The Council of Ministers has decided to give a big relief for the state -of -the -affected artists and litterateurs in the field of literature and art. In compliance with the announcement made in the assembly budget session, now the monthly financial assistance (pension) given to the artists has been increased from Rs 2000 to Rs 5000 per month. For this, the proposal to amend the Financial Assistance Scheme Rule-1986 operated under the Department of Culture was approved by the Council of Ministers. This will provide economic support to those artists and litterateurs who are struggling for livelihood.

The scheme was started in the year 1986, when the minimum assistance amount was Rs 150 and a maximum of Rs 600. Later it was increased to Rs 1500 in the year 2007 and then Rs 2000 in 2012. But there was no increase in the last 12 years. Currently a total of 162 artists are being given this pension in the state.

At present, every artist is getting a pension of 24 thousand rupees annually, which will increase to 60 thousand rupees after the amendment. This will increase the total annual expenditure from Rs 38.88 lakh to Rs 97.20 lakh, which will bring an additional annual weight of Rs 58.32 lakh to the state.

The proposal to amend the Chhattisgarh Industrial Land and Building Management Rules, 2015 was approved by the Council of Ministers to give more speed to industrial development in the state and make the land allotment process transparent.
This amendment will bring more clarity and transparency in the allocation of industrial areas, land banks and other land blocks, this will facilitate industrial investors to better understand and benefit the land allocation process.

The Council of Ministers has approved several important amendments in the state’s Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 to promote industries in the state of Chhattisgarh and encourage investment. This will make the state’s industrial policy and more employment, comprehensive and beneficial for enterprises.

  • The proposed amendment will increase new employment opportunities in the state as well as promote modern farming to toy industry.
  • Youth will get employment – Under the new policy, companies in which people of Chhattisgarh get jobs will get grants from the government.
  • Promotion of Hitech farming – Now modern farming like hydroponic and ayroponic will be promoted. Farmers will get the benefit of new technology, such as automation and internet of things.
  • Training and sports facilities for youth – Sports Academy and Private Training Centers will be encouraged in the state, which will provide better training and career opportunities to the youth.
  • Establishment of quality universities will be encouraged.
  • Automobile repairing and service centers will be validated in all development block groups.
  • Promotion of tourism and hotel business – The minimum investment limit for setting up hotels and resorts in Bastar and Surguja divisions has been reduced, which will increase tourism in these areas and provide employment to the local people.
  • Textile industry doubles incentives – Investing in textile sector will now get an incentive of up to 200 percent. This will also benefit those who work like sewing, embroidery and weaving.
  • Logistic hub will become Chhattisgarh – Now a new logistics policy will be introduced in every part of the state to transport goods and trade easier. This will benefit traders and access to markets.
  • Special benefits to the disabled people – The definition of Divyangajans has been given a new look so that they can get the benefit of more schemes.
  • Global Capability Center, Defense and Aerospace sector will get special package, infrastructure grant for private industrial parks and encourage plug and play factory construction.
  • To promote Is of Living in the state, the first three units will be included in the area from the urban area and urban area of ​​the minimum 500 student capacity to 12th private CBSE recognized schools and multiplexes from the urban area and urban area to 10 km from the urban area to 10 km to the periphery.
