Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the new building of the state’s Waqf Board will be built in Bhopal. The name of the building was former President Dr. A.P.J. Will be named after Abdul Kalam. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav made this announcement at the Waqf Reform Janajagaran Abhiyan program organized at Samvat Bhavan (Chief Minister’s residence).

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Waqf is the property of donation. Property of charity should be used in the interest of society. This amendment has been made in the new Waqf law. The law removes earlier distortions. Waqf properties have been ensured to protect vault through Waqf law.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the works of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi are being appreciated worldwide. The Prime Minister Shri Modi is honored with India in countries like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran etc.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that all the parties and leaders of the country have united to protest against the action taken by the external enemy. This is the beauty of India.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in unknowingly, in 1947, people who left India in the partition of the country are called idioms there and their conditions are bad. He said that people of the society should be careful with clever, selfish, clever people. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also narrated the story of Madari, who sells dental-chairs on the pretext of showing the fight for snake-waters.

The Waqf Board of Madhya Pradesh is an ideal board

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh Waqf Board is the ideal Waqf Board of the country. He also appreciated Minority Welfare Minister Smt. Krishna Gaur, Board Chairman Mr. Sanwar Patel and departmental officials for this. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav asked the department officials to make schemes in the interest of the society. 60 percent of the center is excerpt in the schemes and 40 percent contributes. He said that we will give 40 percent of the state’s contribution, the officers should prepare plans. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also assured to resolve the difficulty faced in payment of salary allowance of Waqf Board employees.

Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare (Independent Charge) Smt. Krishna Gaur said that the Madhya Pradesh State is helping to register all Waqf properties on the National Portal provided under the New Amendment Act. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to take this type of initiative. The Ministry of Minority Affairs, the Ministry of Minority Affairs of the State Government and the Ministry of Minorities Welfare Department, IIT, an institution advising the Government of India, IIT. The Delhi team has also appreciated. Currently, the digitization work of the original records maintained in the State Waqf Board has been completed. He informed that the work of registering land details of Waqf properties and GPS survey is being done in collaboration with the Revenue Department. Finance flow, human resources and court cases trekking system etc. are being developed for proper management of Waqf properties.

Mrs. Gaur said that with the Waqf Amendment Bill, the assets of Waqf can be removed for years and they will be used in the interest of society. Madhya Pradesh will present ideal examples in this work. Mr. Sanwar Patel, Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Waqf Board, gave detailed information about the work being done by the Waqf Board. He also informed about various provisions of Waqf amendment. On this occasion, Olympian hockey player Mr. Sameer Dad, Man of Enlightened, Ulema etc. were present.
