The Supreme Court has given a big relief to the famous podcaster and YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia to return his passport for a foreign trip. This order was on Monday on Monday, Justice Suryakant and Justice N.K. Kotishwar Singh’s bench gave. The decision came when Assam and Maharashtra governments informed the court that the investigation against Allahabadia had been completed. Ranveer Allahabadia, which people know as ‘Beerbiceps’ on social media, got into controversies when he made some objectionable comments in Raina’s YouTube show ‘India’s Got Latent’. Several FIRs were lodged against him in which displeasure was expressed over the comments made on sexual subjects and parents.

Supreme Court terms and concessions
The court made it clear that Allahabadia would have to contact the Maharashtra Cyber ​​Police Bureau to get a passport.
The apex court had already given him protection from arrest on 18 February.
The court said that ‘The Ranveer Show’ can be broadcast from March 3 but with the condition that it maintains “morality and decency” in the program and make it suitable for audiences of all ages.
The court will consider the request to consolidate those FIRs at one place at the next hearing.

The root of controversy in the show ‘India’s Got Latent’
Time Raina’s show was also present in Ranveer Allahabadia as well as comedians Ashish Chanchalani, Jaspreet Singh and Apoorva Makhija. Several criminal cases were registered in Assam and Maharashtra regarding the talks held in the show. The public and many social organizations protested against the comments made on sexual subjects in a part of the show.

Police investigation and government’s side
Assam and Maharashtra police informed the court that they had completed the investigation of the case.
After this, the court allowed to return the passport and said that Ranveer can now travel abroad for his commercial work.
The court also indicated that the request to transfer the FIR lodged in various states to one place would be under consideration for hearing.
