Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat attended the 200th birth anniversary of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati at DDU Auditorium in the capital Raipur today and Dharmaksha Mahayagya and Vedic Sanatan Sanskriti Sammelan organized on the auspicious occasion of the 150th establishment year of Arya Samaj. During this time, Chief Minister Sai prayed for the state welfare by worshiping in the Dharmaksha Yagya. On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Sai and Governor Acharya Devvrat released the booklet “Chuni Chintan” prepared by the Chhattisgarh Provincial Arya Pratinidhi Sabha.
Chief Minister Shri Sai, while addressing the gathering, performed Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati. He said that 150 years have been completed today while doing human welfare work for Arya Samaj. Arya Samaj is constantly working for country service, protecting religion and culture and public awareness. Shri Sai said that he has been associated with Arya Samaj since 1999, impressed by the views of Maharishi Dayanand and on various occasions, he has been guiding the mystics of the society. Arya Samaj is doing a sacred work of rituals and education, carrying forward the ideas of Maharishi Dayanand.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that our Prime Minister is giving special emphasis on promoting natural farming and use of cows of indigenous breed. The state government will definitely give more speed to its efforts in this direction. Mr. Sai said that in the last one and a half years our government has done the work of completing Modi’s guarantees. In order to provide housing to poor families, we had already approved 18 lakh houses in the cabinet and now the housing plus-plus is being surveyed. He said that a firm house will be made available to all the needy families of the state. Along with this, 10 thousand rupees to landless laborers, one thousand rupees per month for mothers and sisters, the virtuous resolution of the pilgrimage of the state is also being fulfilled through the Chief Minister’s Tirtha Darshan Yojana and Ramlala Darshan Yojana.
Gujarat Governor Acharya Devavrata bowed to Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati and said that assimilating his life-values and ideas will fulfill the resolve of physical, mental and social progress. He expressed his views on Maharishi Dayanand’s entire life-journey and objectives. He said that protecting and promoting natural agriculture and native cow dynasty is very important. If we make Gaupalan beneficial by adopting a scientific approach, then natural consciousness will develop to protect it in the society. This will automatically eliminate the problem of animal variance on the roads. He said that through organic farming we can build a healthy society.
On this occasion, Yoga Commission Chairman Roop Narayan Sinha, Chairman of Gau Seva Commission Special Patel, Swami Dharmanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, Suresh ji, Captain Rudrasen, Vinay Arya, Dr. Rajendra Vidya Alankar, Prabal Pratap Judeo, Ramkumar Patel of Arya Samaj and Aryavi and followers of Arya Samaj were present.
