This is a relief news for the employees and officials of Madhya Pradesh waiting for the transfers. To remove the ban from the transfers, the General Administration Department has prepared the transfer policy 2025. After some partial changes on the advice of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, preparations are being made to bring a transfer policy in the cabinet in April itself.
For the last 3 years, a good news has come for the government employees and officials who have been transferring the transfer. The transfer express in the state is going to get the green signal soon. The General Administration Department has drafted the transfer policy. Some points can be changed on the advice of CM Dr. Mohan. The transfer policy can be approved by the state government by the end of this month.
The transfer policy 2025 can be approved in the meeting of the Council of Ministers in April itself. According to the policy, restrictions can be lifted from transfers from about 15 days to one month. Let us tell you that the last transfer policy in Madhya Pradesh was implemented in 2021-22. After that no new policy has come so far. Now the new transfer policy 2025 will be applicable in Dr. Mohan Sarkar.
Transfer policy can include these points
- There will be a provision in the transfer policy that officers and employees who have been frozen at the same place for more than 3 years should be removed. Such officers will also be sent to other districts.
- It is believed that a maximum of 10 percent of the employees will be transferred in any department.
- Officers and employees who get transferred on their own business will not be given any kind of allowance.
- The government will provide allowance in the transfer on administrative grounds.
- Ministers will be given rights over the transfer of employees of their department.
- The right to transfer inside the district will be given to the minister in charge. On the basis of the recommendation of the minister in -charge, the district collector will be able to transfer inside the district.
- The transfer outside the district will be on the recommendation of departmental ministers, but the Chief Minister’s coordination process will have to be adopted to transfer the gazetted officers.
- The process of online application can be adopted in transfers related to Health Department and Education Department.
- Under special circumstances, employees will be transferred at the location sought.
