The Mohan government has taken a strict decision to ban the complaints of corruption in the transport posts of Madhya Pradesh. Transport Commissioner Vivek Sharma has issued a new guideline for vehicle checking. Said, vehicles without uniform and body Warne camera will not be checked. According to Transport Commissioner Vivek Sharma, the new guideline was already implemented in some districts under the pilot project. This not only maintains transparency, but also makes the drivers ease. The pilot project was successful. This system will be implemented in the entire state from May 15.

According to the guideline, at least one assistant transport sub -inspector will be required to be present at the time of investigation. All staff are mandatory to wear uniforms and should also have a plate of name on uniforms. Only departmental officers and employees will be involved in the investigation proceedings, the participation of any private person is completely forbidden. The invoice process will be done only through the POS machine. Where the POS machine is not available, its use will be arranged with priority. The same vehicle will be checked at one time, and only then the next vehicle will be stopped.

No vehicle will not be stopped for more than 15 minutes without any reason. Selection of safe space with good light will be mandatory for night investigation. LED baton and reflex jackets will be provided to the staff. Body Warne camera will be active throughout the entire period of investigation. At least two cameras will remain on, one of which will be in live mode. The camera will be allotted to the concerned officer or employee.

Recording of cameras and monitoring of storage will also be the responsibility of unit in -charge. If a dispute arises from a driver or other person during the investigation, his recording will be compulsorily recording. It has been clarified in the order that the entire responsibility of the implementation of the guidelines will be of the unit in-charge. In case of any kind of negligence, disciplinary or punitive action can be taken against them.

These guidelines given

Checking will be done in the presence of at least one assistant transport sub -inspector level officer.

The entire staff should be in uniform at the time of checking. Everyone should also have a name plate on uniforms.

Apart from the driver attached to the unit, no private person should be directly and indirectly involved during the checking proceedings.

As soon as the body Warne camera was available, at least two body Warne cameras remained on during the entire period of checking.

At least one body Warne camera should be in live mode.

Apart from two cameras of recording mode during checking, other cameras will remain in stand by mode.

The challan proceedings will be done only by the point of cell machine.

The unit should stop the same vehicle at a time and stop it only after checking, another vehicle should be stopped.

No vehicle should be stopped for more than 15 minutes without any particular reasons. Otherwise it will be believed that the intention of the unit regarding stopping the vehicle is not correct.

If checking is necessary at night, then such a place should be selected for checking, where there is no accident due to lack of lights. LED baton and reflective jackets are available in sufficient quantity with staff at the time of darkness. These in -charge will ensure.

Outposts closed, recovery in 45 check points
Transport posts have been closed a year ago on the lines of Gujarat in Madhya Pradesh. In his place, 45 check points have been made on the interstate border, but there are frequent complaints of illegal recovery from trucks and vehicles. After this, the Transport Commissioner has issued a new order.

Action will be taken against the charge
Transport Commissioner Vivek Sharma said that necessary guidelines have been issued to bring transparency on checking points. This has also solved the problem during the checking of the drivers. Disciplinary, punitive action will be taken on the charge if there is a lapse to follow these instructions.
