Lakhpati Didi Janaki Nag’s Bihan scheme flew towards self -sufficiency

Lakhpati Didi “The National Rural Livelihood Mission’s Bihan Yojana, which is being run by the Government of Udaanabharata to strengthen women in rural areas, is writing the story of a change in the lives of many women today. Due to this scheme, this scheme is writing the story of a change in the life of many women. Along with them, many other women of the village have also shown the path of self -employment.
Mrs Janaki Nag started her self-sufficient life by joining Pragati Self-Help Group. He got a revolving fund of 15 thousand rupees under the scheme and a community investment fund of 60 thousand rupees later. Using this capital, Janaki established self -employment resources such as flour mill and sewing machine and expanded her business. Janaki’s trade continued to grow with the help of the group’s guidance and bank loan. Today their annual income has reached 80 thousand rupees, and they are earning an average of 07 thousand rupees every month.
In the year 2024, Janaki was also entrusted with the responsibility of ‘Animal Sakhi’, due to which she is earning an additional income of Rs 1,910 every month. With this income, Janki is not only fulfilling the needs of her family, but is also taking special care of her children’s education and health. “I proudly say,” I have got my identity after joining the group. Now I am self -sufficient and standing on my feet. I am proud of myself and my work. ” The resolve and self -confidence with which Janaki has succeeded with the collaboration of Udaan Mahila Sankal Sangathan, Sankra and Prakash Mahila Village Organization, Sirco has become an inspiration for rural women today.
