Ujjain
The government has declared the date of Mahakumbh Simhastha in the year 2028 in the city of Ujjain, the city of Lord Mahakal. Simhastha fair officer Ashish Singh said that this time Simhastha will be of two months. It will be held from 27 March to 27 May. From April 9 to May 8, there will be three amrit baths and seven bathing festivals. Last Simhastha was one month old.
Mahakumbh Simhastha is held in Ujjain every 12 years, in which saints and devotees from all over the world come to bathe in the Shipra River and propagate religion and culture. The government has estimated the arrival of 14 crore devotees in this time Mahakumbh. There is now 35 months left in Simhastha and the situation is that most of the projects including roads, bridges, electricity are limited to paper.
Later, there can be great trouble
The main thing is that only two works of Simhastha item have been started on the ground throughout the year. Most of the departmental item projects are entangled in competent acceptance and contractor selection process. This is a proof of purely the apathy and negligence of the officers, which can create a lot of trouble in the future due to non -starting work in time.
Arrangements will be made for devotees
According to a report, keeping in mind the importance and vastness of Simhastha, 102 works of Rs 15751 crore have been proposed to make comprehensive arrangements for devotees, in which the divisional committee has recommended to get 75 works from Rs 5133 crore to 75 work from Simhastha item this year.
The thing to note is that Simhastha item has been kept in the state budget only two thousand crores. The question arises whether the item will be extended in the future or some tasks will have to be trimmed.
The biggest challenge bathing in crowd management and clean water
The biggest challenge in making Simhastha is to bathe devotees in crowd management and clean water. Crowd management is possible only when the internal roads of the city wide, doubling of bridges and the length of the ghat on the Shipra River increase.
The administration here is backward in doing all these three things. The rope-way for traffic control, freeganj parallel railway over bridge rhythm, many departmental schemes have not been started on the ground even after competent approval.
The government is initially estimated that more than 14 crore devotees may come to Ujjain in Simhastha. In such a situation, making arrangements for them is also not an easy task. In such a situation, the administration has taken some important decisions during the Kumbh Mela on the basis of estimates. Which will be implemented during Kumbh.
These arrangements will be in Kumbh
During the Kumbh Mela, more than 16 thousand cleaning workers will handle the cleanliness system in the fair area. Besides, 50 thousand toilets will also be constructed for the convenience of devotees. Keeping in mind the health of the visiting devotees, it has also been decided to set up 500 temporary hospitals and camps.
There will be so many scavengers in Simhastha
It is being told that 11 thousand 220 sweepers will be required in Ujjain, including roads and other areas. About 5 thousand scavengers will be required for garbage collection. In total, 16 thousand 220 cleaning workers will be required in Simhastha.
14 crore devotees can come to Simhastha
More than 14 crore devotees can visit Simhastha. In such a situation, 740 tonnes of garbage is expected to be produced in Simhastha Mela area every day. 50 thousand bio-toilets will be made to control this.
500 temporary hospitals and camps will be set up at Simhastha Kumbh Mela. Health facilities will be divided into 6 zones according to Simhastha Mela area. At the same time, the digital record of health services will be maintained. There will be training of doctor and paramedical staff. Along with this, adequate security forces will be deployed in view of security.
