In compliance with the instructions given by Union Cooperative Minister Amit Shah at the State Level Cooperative Conference, Cooperation Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang took a high level meeting in the ministry on Thursday and gave necessary guidelines to the officials. He said that according to the guideline of the Central Government, the outline should be set and an action plan should be prepared. Additional Chief Secretary Cooperative Ashok Varnwal was also present in the meeting.
Committee for studying cooperative act and guidelines
Minister Sarang said that a committee should be constituted and studied the cooperative act and guidelines. This committee will submit its recommendation at a higher level. CPPPPPPP will understand cooperative officers from across the country
Minister Sarang also directed to organize a workshop on the co-operative public private party, CPPP (CPP) model. CPPP model will be given a prescription to the officers involved in cooperatives across the country in the workshop. Instructions were given to conduct this training on June 20.
Minister Sarang discussed in detail the strategies to increase investment in the cooperative sector through CPPP model. Under the CPPP model, private sector participation is being promoted along with empowering cooperative institutions in the state. This model will not only speed up economic development but will create new employment opportunities.
Expansion of packs
Minister Sarang said that there are 10,000 primary milk cooperative societies in the state. All district officials should be instructed to work promptly by expanding it and giving a target of 26 thousand. Expand the packs in the time limit. He said that the action plan for the formation of 637 new committees should be finalized. He said that wherever new societies are to be set up, the goals should be set and done at a quick speed. He also instructed to give necessary guidance by revolving video of JR and DR regarding innovation. The meeting also discussed the election of committees in the meeting.
Installation of investment wing
It was informed at the meeting that “Investment Wing I.W” has been made to ensure all the necessary facilities in the cooperative sector at the Global Investors Summit to ensure all the necessary facilities in the cooperative sector. In this, Ambarish Vaidya has been made the nodal officer. Managing Director Apex Bank Manoj Gupta and Managing Director Seed Association Mahendra Dixit will be the coordination officer. The investment wing will be the chief convenor Suganjan Rai and Assistant Coordinator Mrs. Priyanka Shakya.
