The grand completion of Emperor Vikramaditya Mahanatya held at Madhavdas Park in Red Fort, Delhi will be held on Monday. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will attend the concluding occasion as the chief guest. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will also be specially present with him.
The Mahanatya focused on the life and contribution of Emperor Vikramaditya, the originator of Vikram Samvat, began on 12 April. Through this three -day Mahamchan, not only the works of valor and culture conservation of Emperor Vikramaditya were presented, but the event was focused on the theme “Madhya Pradesh on the Samriddhi Path from Cultural Abhyudaya”. Today, on the last day, this mahanatya will be staged at Madhavdas Park of Red Fort from 6:30 pm. Through this event, the audience has also got an opportunity to meet the rich cultural heritage of Madhya Pradesh, tourist destinations and local cuisine.
Exhibitions like “Arsha Bharat”, “Madhya Pradesh Tourism” and “MP Food Court” have been included at the venue as a special attraction, where visitors enjoyed the traditional flavors of Baghelkhandi, Malvi, Vindhya region. The event is part of the “Vikramotsav 2025” organized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, which is considered a strong effort to bring the historical heritage of the state to the new generation.
