Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the honor ceremony of the newly elected tribal panchayat public representatives of Kanwar Packra Samaj and Dhamtari Raj Kanwar Paikra Samaj’s annual General Assembly. On this occasion, he congratulated the winning public representatives in the urban body elections and three -tier panchayat elections. Chief Minister Sai told Gahiraguru Baba to work for social welfare by taking inspiration to the work done for social welfare.

Chief Minister Sai said that Kanwar and Paikra society has a glorious history, we all need to resolve this glorious history. He said that today many people of the society are working in different fields and are illuminating the name of the society. Calling the people of the society, he said that he should participate in development by staying away from liquor and meat.

Chief Minister Sai said that our double engine government has not reduced the promises made under the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We approved 18 lakh Prime Minister’s residence as soon as we took oath. At the same time, approval of 40 thousand houses in Dhamtari district will be given soon. The state government purchased paddy from the farmers of the state at the rate of Rs 3100 quintal and the difference amount of its bonus has also been provided to them within a week. Along with this, the pending 2 rains paddy bonuses were also given to the farmers, which has benefited the farmers of the state.

The Chief Minister said that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, more than 70 lakh women of the state are being provided one thousand rupees, soon women who are newly married or whose names have not been found will also be added. He said that even in the purchase of tendupatta, we have increased the rate of standard sack to Rs 5500. Under Ramlala Darshan Yojana and Mukhyamantri Pilgrimage Scheme, people of the state are getting an opportunity to visit religious places. Under the landless rural agricultural laborers scheme, assistance is being provided to the eligible beneficiaries of the state. He informed about the industrial policy of the state and the facilities provided to the higher educational institutions and students operated in the state. The program was also addressed by Kanker Lok Sabha MP Bhojraj Nag, State President Kanwar Samaj Harivansh Singh Miri, President of Kanwar Samaj Vishram G Dau and other guests. Former MLA Sihawa Mrs. Pinky Dhuva, former MLA Sihawa Shravan Markam and many society officials and villagers were present in large numbers on the occasion.

Chief Minister handed over 10 beneficiaries to PM residence

On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai wished 10 beneficiaries of Kanwar Samaj symbolically, while giving the keys of housing the house. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural, 21 thousand 875 houses have been approved for the purpose of providing pucca houses to all eligible beneficiaries in the district. Currently, new families are being surveyed, in which the survey of 32 thousand 565 districts has been done.

25 beneficiaries got rights records

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai discussed with the beneficiaries by providing rights records to 25 beneficiaries. He said that there will now be no problem with getting the right records. It is noteworthy that ownership cards in the population land located in rural revenue villages are being provided in the district. Dhamtari district ranks first in the entire state in the distribution of ownership cards.

So far, 17 thousand 354 ownership cards have been prepared in 143 villages of Dhamtari district. Of these, 11 thousand 551 cards have been distributed in two phases. It also includes 3 thousand 134 cards from 21 villages of Magarlod Tehsil. On the occasion of Panchayati Raj Day (24 April 2025), the target of distribution of 3 thousand 345 cards of 26 villages has been set. The work of preparing the records is in progress.

StaJayanti Sidar gets a check of three and a half crore rupees for the watter
