The lawyers have taken a big decision in the Durg rape case of Ttisgarh. The Durg District Bar Council has decided not to advocate the accused in the court. The girl, who lives in Mohan Nagar police station area of the district, went to her grandmother’s house in the neighborhood on the last day of Navratri on Sunday morning. During this, he was sexually assaulted and murdered by his 24 -year -old uncle after finding him alone, the accused was arrested on Monday. On Tuesday, various organizations protested, condemning the incident of rape and murder of a six -year -old girl.
Demand for compensation for the victim’s family
Various social organizations and community members took out rallies in the city, the Yadav Samaj has demanded a CBI inquiry into the incident. The Yadav Samaj has submitted a memorandum to the Collector of Durg district demanding assistance of Rs 50 lakh to the victim’s mother and a government job. The child comes from the Yadav society. Pritam Yadav, general secretary of the Chhattisgarh unit of the All India Year Yadav Mahasabha, said, “We have demanded a detailed investigation from agencies like CBI. The accused should be sentenced to death. We have also demanded a assistance of Rs 50 lakh to the victim’s mother and also to give them a government job.”
Lawyers will not fight a case in court
At the same time, Durg Bar Council President Neeta JaiNeither described this act as heinous and inhuman and said that the Advocates Association has decided not to advocate the accused. Amid reports of the victim being harassed by cigarette and burning on her body, Additional Superintendent of Police Sukhanandan Rathore said that the entire post -mortem report of the victim is awaited and the investigation of the case is going on.

Police said the accused was alone in the house on Sunday morning, while the girl’s grandmother and another relative went to the temple. Police said the accused allegedly sexually assaulted the girl, murdered her and later put her body in a neighbor’s car. He told that the car used to stand there regularly and the accused knew that one of his door was open. Officials said that when the girl did not return home by evening, her family members started investigating and later a complaint of missing was lodged. Police found the dead body inside the car in the neighborhood at night. Police said that the girl had bruises on her body and the medical report confirmed sexual harassment.
