PLGA Battalion Number One member, ACM, Militia Deputy Commander, Military Member, KMS Vice President, Military Plotoon Dipper, Million Plotoon Member, Galgam, A total of 22 Naxalites of Kottaguda, Kamalapur, Dumripalnar, Korsaguda RPC surrendered to DIG CRPF Bijapur Devendra Singh Negi, Superintendent of Police Bijapur Jitendra Kumar Yadav on 8 April.
The development work in the district is the most important reason behind the surrender by the Naxalites. Rapid roads, various facilities reaching the villages have affected them. Local youth are disillusioned with the organization due to the ideas of the organization. Increasing internal differences within the organization are a major cause of their surrender. The new rehabilitation policy of Chhattisgarh government has given new hope to many Naxalites and has inspired them to get out of exploitation and cruel behavior within the organization. This policy gives him hope of living a normal life by returning to the mainstream of society. Apart from this, the security forces have also motivated the Naxalites to leave the organization and the aggressive campaigns being run in the area.
