Governor Mangubhai Patel has said that it is the responsibility of the public prosecutor to give justified arguments with loyalty and patience. He said that the fact is true. The law of argument based on facts naturally supports. He told the trainee officials that in the challenge of developing capabilities and efficiency to further heights, there will be guidance of knowledge and experienced trainers in training.

Governor Patel was addressing the closing ceremony of the training program of Assistant Public Prosecution Officers held at the Central Police Training Academy (CAPT) Bhopal on Monday. Governor Patel provided training certificates to 10 assistant public prosecutors on the occasion. He also planted a Golden Champa plant in the academy campus.

Governor Patel said that the judiciary is the pillar of democracy, which has deep faith in the citizens. He looks at him the most respectful. The role of prosecution officers in the judicial system is very important, multi -faceted. Their responsibility is not limited to prosecution for the victims. The convict is to punish the convict and get justice to the victim by presenting evidence before the court. As prosecution officer, his role will be important in bringing quality in police investigation, giving legal advice to government departments, appealing in cases and compensation to the victims. He said that as prosecution officer, the deprived, poor and victim person would come to him as a protector of his struggle of justice against atrocities, incest. At that time, his sensitive behavior, sympathy and cooperation will strengthen his faith in justice.

Governor Patel said that he has been selected after strict competition as Assistant Public Prosecutor, because government job is not just a business. It is a resolve to serve a committed future to create a happy future through the development of the country, state and society by bringing happiness in the lives of the underprivileged. He greeted trainee officers to accept this challenge as a public servant. It is expected that in the temple of justice, he will establish high standards of work with loyalty and honesty.

Lokayukta Justice Satyendra Kumar Singh said that folk peace is the responsibility of the state. The strengthening of the criminal justice system for folk peace is a gratitude. The role of public prosecutors in this work is very important. He asked the trainee officials that the results would be as good as they would discharge the prescribed obligations of the prosecution officer to ensure justice.

Additional Chief Secretary Home J. N. Consotia said that with new ideas and energy, Assistant Public Prosecutor should do the work not like a job, but as a service. He also highlighted and greeted the role of public prosecutors in the judicial system.

Anil Kishore Yadav, director of Central Police Training Academy Bhopal, gave details of the establishment, training system and programs of the academy. He said that his training started in the academy within 40 hours of implementation of new laws. Told the trainee officials that the role of public prosecutors in the new law has become very strong.

Director Public Prosecution B. l. Prajapati said in a welcome address that 45 days basic training has been provided to Assistant Public Prosecution Officers. He gave details of training activities. Told that during the training, various dimensions of laws along with yoga and exercise sessions have also been organized.
