The PM urged that the holiday experiences should be shared on #Holidaymemories. He will share some of these with all the people in his next Mann Ki Baat program. Along with this, PM Modi also talked about water harvesting in the coming summer. The PM said that the people of the country should also work on options like Gate the Rain.
The PM, citing the data released by the public water power ministry, said that last year the people of the country have collected about 11 billion cubic meters through these methods. He said that you can guess this water from the fact that only 8 to 9 billion cubic meters of water is collected in Bhankhada Nagal Dam spread over 90 km.
