On this, the court of MP-MLA Special Court MP Singh issued a non-bailable warrant against him and fixed the date of April 3 for the next hearing of the case. Taking his absence seriously, the court has now issued a non-bailable warrant. This means that the police can now arrest them and present them in court.
What is the whole matter?
In fact, after the results of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Samajwadi Party (SP) organized a program at the Muslim Degree College in Katghar area of Rampur. The event was attended by senior SP leaders, former Rampur MP Azam Khan, former Moradabad MP Dr. ST Hasan, Abdullah Azam, Feroz Khan, organizer Mohammad Arif and former Rampur chairman Azhar Khan, gave the speech. It is alleged that during this time indecent remarks were made against Jayaprada. On this, Mustafa Hussain, a resident of Rampur, had filed a case against other leaders including Azam Khan. The hearing of this case is going on in MP-MLA Special Court. Jayaprada’s statements were to be recorded, for which he sought permission for appearance through video conferencing. The court had accepted his demand, but despite this she did not attend the hearing on Thursday.
