A fair is held on Rang Panchami at Kariladham in Ashoknagar district of Madhya Pradesh. Preparations have been completed in the administration regarding this fair. The Collector gave complete information in a discussion with journalists about the arrangements of the fair. This time preparations have been made to make arrangements like Prayagraj Mahakumbh at Karila Dham Fair.
Collector Subhash Kumar Dwivedi said that this time 100 CCTV cameras have been installed in the fair. At the same time, temporary taps, tanks and new bore have also been made for the drinking water of the visiting devotees. There will also be 250 water moving tankers. Apart from this, temporary hospitals and 12 ambulances will also be deployed for health facilities.
Fair is held every year
It is noteworthy that a three -day fair is organized every year at Karila Dham in Ashoknagar district on Rangpanchami. This fair will also be held on Rangpanchami this year. In which millions of devotees are expected to come from the country. Arrangements are being made at the administrative level to gather arrangements in the fair. For security, a control room is being prepared by the police. At the same time, a police force has been demanded from the district as well as the district for security.
A huge pandal will stay for women
This time in the fair, the administration has made a huge pandal for women, making innovation. Which will have arrangements to stop women. Also, mattresses and other arrangements are being made there. Duty of administrative officials will be imposed here.
20 lakh devotees estimate to arrive
Collector Subhash Kumar Dwivedi said that this fair of the state is world famous. In this, about 20 lakh devotees reach the country in three days. In such a situation, the administration has made many preparations in view of the facilities of the devotees. In this, departmental officers have been given responsibility for road system, drinking water system, electricity system, health system and other arrangements. Along with this, three days of district officials of all the district will stay in Karila and see arrangements.
Passenger fare will be fixed
The Collector, while innovating at the fair, efforts are being made to prepare on the lines of Kumbh Mela. Under this, instructions have been given for all bus operators going to the fair. In which it is said that he fixes the fare per passenger for Karila. Any additional bus does not take much money. If someone takes extra money, action will be taken on it. Also, the duty of cleaning workers is being imposed in the temporary toilets.

Holi and Rang Panchami festival is celebrated with great pomp across the country. For which preparations have already been done. It is celebrated on the full moon date of Phalgun month. From now on, the markets are ready with colorful gulal, clothes, squirrels, sweets. People are engaged in cleaning houses. Children are especially more enthusiasm. The new year of Hindu begins from this day. People forget their old enmity and embrace each other and start a fresh relationship. At the same time, a huge fair will be organized on the occasion of Rang Panchami this year like every year in Karila Dham in Ashoknagar district.
Karila Dham located in Jasaiya village under Mungavali tehsil has the birthplace of Mata Janaki (Sita ji) and her son Luv-Kush, where a grand fair is held here every year on the occasion of Rang Panchami, in which millions of devotees come and visit.
Millions of devotees expected to arrive
According to the temple priest, the specialty of this historical fair is that the gates of the divine cave of sage Valmiki open here only once a year, where devotees can see the lamp and unbroken burning fumigation. On the occasion of Rang Panchami, lakhs of devotees come from different parts of the country at this holy site. About 25 to 30 lakh devotees are expected to arrive at the fair to be held this year. On this day, devotees will see the idols of Mata Janaki and Lav-Kush. It is believed that with the mere sight of this cave, all the wishes of the devotees are fulfilled.
Monitoring will be kept from CCTV
The chairman of the Karila Trust Committee said that Rang Panchami fair will be held on 19 March. For which all preparations have been completed by the administration. In this, a complete event will be organized under the supervision of CCTV camera in the temple in the courtyard along with drinking water system, police system, health system, so that no untoward incident of any kind will happen.
Mythological recognition
This place associated with the Ramayana period is considered to be the penance of Rishi Valmiki. It is believed that when Lord Shri Ram sacrificed Mother Sita, she started living in the ashram of sage Valmiki here. It was here that Love and Kush were born. After growing up, he received his education and weapon education. There is also a special belief associated with this dham that when Love-Kush was born, the nymphs came here from heaven and they danced. Under this tradition, even today, devotees perform Rai dance here on completion of their vow.
