1000 students run for mental health awareness


Young Indians (YI) Raipur successfully organized “Run for Man”, which was aimed at promoting mental health and awareness. About 1000 students, including 50 specially competent students were also involved in this special event. He participated enthusiastically and resolved to break the myths related to mental health.

The program began with the inaugural address of Push-up Challenge, Zumba Sessions and Chairperson Gaurav Aggarwal. The main attraction was the run flag-offs by members of Young Indians, after which all the participants completed their commitment to mental and physical health.

After the conclusion of the race, the chief guest welcomed Raipur Collector Gaurav Kumar Singh, who gave an inspirational speech highlighting the need for open conversations on mental health. After this, Momento was distributed to the best participants and finally a vote of thanks was given by Chairperson Pankaj Somani, in which the contribution of all colleagues was appreciated. This initiative promoted awareness, inclusion and mental empowerment by bringing students, teachers and community on one platform. Young Indians (YI) Raipur is committed to bringing positive changes in the society through such impressive events in future also.
