Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi has reached Navsari in Gujarat on the occasion of Women’s Day. He addressed the women here. Narendra Modi said, “Today is the day to take inspiration from women and learn something. On this day, I can proudly say that I am the most rich person in the world (I am richest person) because the account of my life is the blessings of crores of mothers and sisters (Crres mothers & sisters blessings), which is increasing continuously. “
The Prime Minister further said, “In our scriptures, women have been called Narayani. The honor of women is the first step for the development of the society and the country, so to create a developed India, today India has gone on the path of Women’s Land Development for the sharp development of India.
‘Increased respect for crores of women…’
Narendra Modi said, “Since 2014, about 3 crore women have become the mistress of the house. Today there is also a big discussion of water life mission all over the world. Today, water is reaching from village to village through water life mission. ” He further said that our government gives top priority to both respect and convenience in the lives of women. We increased their respect by constructing toilets for crores of women.
PM Modi said, “We opened bank accounts of crores of women and connected them to the banking system, by giving them bright cylinders, saved from smoke -like discomfort. Our government saved the lives of millions of Muslim sisters from being destroyed by making strict laws against triple talaq. When Article 370 was applicable in Kashmir, the sisters and daughters there were deprived of many rights. If she would marry someone outside the state, her right to get ancestral property was taken away. ” He further said that after the wall of Article 370, women have got all the rights in Jammas and Kashmir, which the daughters and sisters of India get.
‘Only after 2014…’
Narendra Modi said, “Whether it is the ground of politics or the playground, the judiciary or the police, the country is waving women in every sector. Since 2014, women’s participation to important positions in the country has increased very fast. Only after 2014 became the highest women minister in the central government. The presence of women in Parliament also increased a major increase. 74 women MPs are part of the Lok Sabha in the 18th Lok Sabha. The participation of women in the judiciary has increased equally. ”
He said that in many states, our daughters have been elected twenty five percent or more in new recruitments as civil judges. Today India is the third largest startup eco system in the world. These include women investors. PM Modi said, “Gandhiji used to say that the soul of the country lives in rural India. Today I add a line to it that the soul of rural India resides in the empowerment of rural women. Therefore, our government has given great priority to women’s rights, new opportunities for women. ”
