Why the court canceled the order

The case was heard in the single bench of Justice Vivek Aggarwal. After this, the court has also canceled the order of district Badar. The court said in its comment that Shahdol Divisional Commissioner should use his conscience. Do not work from the post office. During the hearing, the court found that the Collector had issued an order based on the statement of the SSO.

Investigation revealed that Madhuri was implicated on the basis of the statement of only 1 other accused in the 1 NDPS case. No restricted substances were recovered from his possession. Not only this, the SHO also admitted that there was no dispute with the woman. Not only this, no person of Pali had said that he has any danger due to Madhuri staying here. Then the High Court denied the order of the Collector and Division Commissioner as wrong. Then directed to impose a fine on the collector.
