Railways have given huge gifts to passengers traveling with RAC tickets in AC coaches of trains. Railways has changed the rules of reservation Against Cancellation (RAC) tickets and implemented it. According to the new rules of the railway, now the passengers traveling with RAC tickets in trains will provide the facility of full bedroll in AC coaches.
These problems used to happen before the new rule
Till the new rule, passengers with RAC ticket had to travel on half the seat of side lower berth. The seat was to be shared with another person. Also, two passengers traveling with RAC tickets in AC were mixed and given the same bedroll.
But now passengers will get the entire seat, the entire bedroll set. After this decision of the Railways, all those passengers who used to give money for tickets will be helped. But he used to get half the seat. According to the new rules of the railway, RAC will provide packet closed bedroll to passengers, which will include two bedsheets, a blanket, a pillow and a towel to the passengers.
Money is fulfilled, yet half the facility:
Passengers with RAC ticket pay the entire rent but they have to travel on half the seat of side lower berth. However, now these passengers will get the facility of bedroll like confirmed ticket holders. The coach will provide bedroll as soon as it reaches the attendant berth.

Relief from cold: AC coach will get all the items involved in the packet (bedsheet, pillow, blanket, and towel) to avoid the cold.
Service equal to confirmed tickets: RAC passengers will also be able to avail facilities like confirmed ticket holders.
Railways will have to ensure that the bedroll reach every RAC passenger at the right time, so that this facility can be implemented smoothly.
