This imbalance brings economic lethargy in a large part of the year in Uttarakhand. Modi said that if people of the country and abroad come to the state in winter, they will get the real aura of Uttarakhand and the trekking and skiing will thrill them. He said that in winter, the sunlight of Uttarakhand is special when there is fog in the plains. He also appealed to the corporate world to do his meeting-conference in Uttarakhand in winter.
