Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Bhagoria is a festival of gaiety. It is a festival of a few moments in the fragrance of nature filled with the colors of Phagun and the festival of rum in this. Our government will maintain the euphoria of Bhagoria. Now Bhagoria will be celebrated as a celebration at the state level. It will be started from this year. They themselves will also attend the Bhagoria festival. The government will provide assistance to develop the places of worship of tribal deities in small places. We will also celebrate the Korku festival. Apart from this, all the festivals of tribal society are coming, the government will celebrate them at the state level. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave these important gifts at the Tribal Devalok Mahotsav held at the Chief Minister’s residence on Tuesday. He said that tribal society is our pride. Tribal heroes sacrificed in the freedom struggle. They did not bow down to anyone. The government will cooperate with them to preserve the indigenous culture of the tribes. Special worship method of tribes, customs culture, rites are all our heritage. The government will take every necessary steps to keep them.
Initially, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the program with all the guests by lighting a big Dev worship and lamp with tribal tradition and worship method. He announced Jai Bada Dev and Jai Johar from all the tribal brothers. During his arrival at the venue, the artists of the tribal community welcomed Chief Minister Dr. Yadav at the festival with dance and musical dances in traditional costumes, their beautiful dance performances from the mandal’s beat. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also welcomed him a warm welcome to all the guests/visitors who came to the Chief Minister’s residence as a host.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that today’s festival is the honor of religious heads of tribal society. Ojha, Patel, Pujara, Tadvi, Bhagat, Bhumka, Panda and other religious heads will always be honored for the government. He said that there is intimacy in the culture of tribes, love is reflected in their dialect. The worship method of tribes expresses faith in nature. All the deities of the tribes and their gratitude to their nature are also saluted. Nature worshiped tribal culture teaches us all to live, teachs us to enjoy life. Tribal greats gave their life in saving water, forest, land and conscience. Tribe society is the pride of India. Tantya Mama, Rani Durgavati, Amar Shaheed Raghunath Shah and Kunwar Shankar Shah are its identity. Tribal society has more flourished Indian culture for centuries. The instruments of tribal society and their dialect are the sublime disclosure of human expressions. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has appealed to the tribal brothers to always maintain this rich culture. The government will help in this. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done big things for tribal society. As the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he did exemplary work for the upliftment of the tribes there. The Central Government has made effective efforts towards empowering the tribal brothers through the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Man Yojana, Dharti Aba Tribal Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan and PESA Act.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav appreciated the dedication of the advocate dancer of tribal culture and the instrument artists, saying that all the tribal dancers and instruments who attend the tribal Devlok Mahotsav will be given an amount of five thousand rupees as incentive. Financial assistance of three-three thousand rupees will be given to all the Pesa Gram Panchayats of the state for the preservation of symbols, places and worship practices of its tribes, Devasthans and their deities. The Chief Minister also distributed checks of five thousand rupees to tribal dancers and musical artists from the stage and financial assistance of three thousand rupees to Pesa Gram Panchayats.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that through the PESA Act, we have made the tribal society more rights. We have also entrusted the responsibility of making the Water Life Mission a success to our tribal sister Smt. Smt. Uike as the Minister of Public Health Engineering. Our government has given the responsibility of overall welfare of tribes to Senior Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government has given more than 2.5 lakh forest rights letters to the tribal brothers. Our government will deliver Narmada water to all tribal areas of the state. Permanent connection of electricity will be made available to farmers in the state for only five rupees. Initially, this arrangement will be in the Central Region Electricity Distribution Company Limited area. We will implement it further in the entire state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that to ensure permanent irrigation system, we will provide solar pumps to all farmers of the state in the next three years. With this, farmers will also generate electricity and irrigate their fields. The government will buy additional electricity produced by farmers. This year, wheat producing farmers of the state will get the benefit of earning from Rs 2600 per quintal. Also, an incentive amount of Rs 4 thousand per hectare will be transferred to the account of paddy producing farmers for Kharif-2024.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government will promote cow cowless from house to house. We are rapidly striving to increase milk production in the state. We have also decided to give five rupees per liter incentive amount to farmers. Our government will now buy through the milk cooperative department produced by farmers. We will make all of us the Prime Minister’s residence, no eligible beneficiary of the state will be deprived of it. Every house will provide electricity-water, pucca house, free ration and all facilities for children to study. He said that our government will again run government buses to diagnose the problem of traffic in inaccessible tribal areas. This will remove the problem of traffic forever.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that tribes have a big role in the development and promotion of forest areas in the state. Our forest is safe due to tribes. In the protection of forests, we will take more support from the tribal brothers, we will meet their needs and also give dividends of forest produce. At the program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav met Bhil, Bhilala, Patalia, Panika, Gond, Korku, Masi, Pardhan, Kol, Oraon, Baiga, Bhagya and Sahariya representatives of the tribal society and wished him a wish and Holi.
In the program, Union Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Durgadas Uike said that the culture of tribes is a primitive culture. Tribes have played a major role in India’s construction development. Tribal heroes sacrificed in providing freedom to the country. He said that this event of the Devalok Mahotsav will prove to be a milestone under the protection of the culture of the tribes. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi’s skilled leadership and sensitive Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, our state is moving towards becoming Golden Madhya Pradesh. Tribal areas are developing rapidly through the government’s schemes in the state.
Tribal work, public asset management and Bhopal gas tragedy relief and rehabilitation Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah said that development of society is possible only with the participation and cooperation of everyone. Today’s festival is a social union ceremony. The wind of development is flowing in the state. This caravan will no longer stop. Together we are working for the development of this state and tribes.
Public Health Engineering Minister Mrs. Sampatiya Uike said that our government gave respect to the tribes. Our worship methods and religious heads are respected by tribes. Our government is worrying about water, forest, land and tribes. Our government accepted the pride of tribal heroes and built their monuments. The government is making all efforts to develop tribal culture and culture.
Scheduled Caste Welfare Minister Nagar Singh Chauhan said that this is the first time that the tribes have received so much respect in the head of the head of the state. Initially, Additional Secretary Laxman Singh Markam said about the event and said that the religious heads selected from more than 16 thousand gram sabhas of the state have come here. Along with tribal culture, the government wants to provide development through various schemes in tribal areas. For this, a publicity kit is being provided to all the tribal religious heads who came here by the government, in which the literature of the information of the government’s schemes is available. Through this literature, the religious head will inform the tribal brothers about the welfare steps and schemes of the government. This step of the government will also be helpful in bringing awareness about sickle cell anemia in tribal areas.
The program was also addressed by other religious heads including tribal society religious leaders Manoj Patel, Sursingh Meena, Brij Gopi and other religious heads. Everyone said in one voice that the government’s initiative for the culture, places of worship and customs of the tribes is commendable and the entire tribal society of the state will cooperate with the government in this sacred work.

Radha Singh, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani, all religious heads of tribal society and Principal Secretary Tribal Work Gulshan Bamra, Commissioner Tribal Development Shriman Shukla and a large number of tribal brothers from far away of the state were present.
