In various stages of implementation of centrally sponsored packs computerization scheme, the state of Madhya Pradesh has been a continuous leader in the country. Currently the work of digitization of packs and software based audit is in progress.
The meeting of the State Level Implementation and Monitoring Committee (SLIMC) constituted for the implementation and monitoring of the scheme was given to the PACS Manager/ Assistant Committee Managers with all consent under the chairmanship of Mr. Ashok Barnwal, Additional Chief Secretary (Department of Cooperation) in the Ministry. For this, it will be mandatory to declare the packs as e-paxes (working on the software) by 15.5.25. Also, 2 master trains of District Cooperative Central Banks (DCCB), whose minimum 50% packs of the bank have been declared e-pax till the said date, will be provided an incentive of Rs 1000/- per month for the next 12 months.
The amount given to PACS managers will be borne by the concerned DCCB. In this way, Madhya Pradesh is also the first state in appreciating good work.
The meeting was attended by Mrs. C. Saraswati (Chief General Manager, NABARD Regional Office Bhopal), Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta (Managing Director, Appex Bank), Mr. Ambareesh Vaidya (Joint Commissioner, Commissioner, Commissioner Cooperative Representative), Mrs. Anjuli Dhurve (Chief Executive Officer, DCCB Raisen), Shri Vinay Prakash Singh (Chief Executive Officer, DCCB Vidisha) and other officers were present.
