High Court ordered compensation to the owners of the land in the subsert

The High Court has ordered appropriate compensation to the Duban area of ​​Sirsa Dam in Masturi by re -demarcating the land. The court said that this action should be taken within 60 days of getting the order.

Sirsa Dam has been constructed by the Water Resources Department in Masturi area. The land of the petitioners Kera Bai and Muni Bai has come under the image. Due to this, landlords have stopped farming here since 2007. Land owners applied to SDO land acquisition, Executive Engineer Water Resources Department and others demanding compensation. When the application was canceled, he submitted a petition in the High Court through advocate Yogesh Chandra. In the petition, he submitted the demarcation report of the SDO and demanded that the land be compensated. The Water Resources Department said in response that the petitioners cannot be compensated due to not coming into the land.

After the hearing, the court said in its order that action has been taken behind the bench of the petitioners. They were not informed, which is unfair. The court has ordered the order to order a renewed demarcation within 60 days after receiving the order for SDO land acquisition and if the land of the petitioners is in the submerge, they have ordered them to give appropriate compensation.
