Investigating officer SI Kuldeep Khare said that the complainant Mohan Singh Soni is associated with an NGO. He is part of the teams formed by the District Collector. These teams keep an eye on those begging in the city. Soni said that on Wednesday afternoon, he was passing through the board office square of MP city with his team. Then he saw a person begging and a truck driver begging him. He made a video of the incident and informed the MP city police.
Police filed a case
The police have registered a case against unknown beggar and begging person. The police is searching for them with the help of the video. This is the first case following the order of the District Collector. Earlier, no FIR was lodged against those begging. This order stops both begging and begging in the city. Earlier there was a ban on begging, but there was no restriction on begging. After this new order, the beggars have also come under the purview of the law. If a person is found begging or giving, action will be taken against him.

These officers will take action against the beggars by putting on the duty of their subordinate team members. Among them, Mohan Soni, secretary of the non -government social organization, Sangeeta Nellore has been made the chairman.

Regarding this, Deputy Commissioner Social Justice RK Singh talked about taking people to a beggar house, then he was enraged. Eventually the team had to return.
