Whatsapp is preparing to introduce a new bill payment feature soon, so that users will be able to pay many important bills directly within the app. According to reports, WhatsApp is currently testing this feature. After the introduction of this feature, users will not need to switch to different apps, and Whatsapp will become an all-in-one utility platform.

Whatsapp launched the UPI-based payment service in India in India in 2020, so that users could transfer instant money. However, initially the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) imposed a user limit on this feature. But recently NPCI has removed this limit, so that whatsapp can now expand its payment service.
When will the new update of Whatsapp be launched?
According to reports, this new feature has been seen in Whatsapp Android Beta version 2.25.3.15.
Right now it is in testing phase, so it may take some time for all users to rollout.
