For the first time in the assembly premises in Bhopal, the Memorial Day of a Jain saint is being celebrated. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was on the Memorial Day of Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj. The CM performed the foot of Sagar Ji Maharaj sitting on the stage.
The program released 25 books based on the life of Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj. The president of Jain Samaj has demanded to name Rani Kamalapati railway station of Bhopal after Acharya Vidyasagar.
A procession was taken out from Digambar Jain Temple. The yatra reached the assembly via Roshanpura intersection, Malviya Nagar, Birla Temple. Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar and MP Alok Sharma are also present in the program. Former CM Digvijay Singh and former minister PC Sharma also arrived.
CM said- During the program that existing as Acharya Vidyasagar deity, CM Mohan Yadav said, “Due to the human service that has been within Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj, he became present among all of us as a god.
Referring to Gomata, CM Yadav said that the whole nature can change through Gomata. There can be complete changes in our life. There is a feeling within Gomata that takes care of her children and also takes care of human children.
Jain monks took out a procession
In the assembly, this event is being celebrated in the assembly premises through Shri Digambar Jain Panchayat Committee Bhopal. In the assembly, 108 proofs are being celebrated in Sagar Maharaj, Muni Aditya Sagar’s Sangh. Muni Aditya Sagar Maharaj has left for the Legislative Assembly premises at 7.30 am for the assembly.
Central government will issue coin
Let us tell you that the central government had decided to issue a memorial coin worth Rs 100 on the occasion of Jainacharya Vidyasagar Maharaj’s first samadhi day. The notification of the coin being issued was issued on 31 January. The picture of Jainacharya Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj has been mentioned in a coin of Rs 100. Today, on 6 February, Home Minister Amit Shah will issue a coin on the first samadhi day of Vidyasagar.
Amit Shah will go to Dongargarh
The country’s Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Dongargarh today. Where he will see the tomb of Vidyasagar Maharaj in the Chandra Giri Tirtha. During this, Amit Shah can also issue a coin of Rs 100.
