Actress and MP Kangana Ranaut is once again seen getting caught in troubles. Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar has once again approached Mumbai’s Bandra Court demanding a non -bailable warrant against Kangana Ranaut. Kangana did not reach the court on Tuesday in Javed Akhtar defamation. After this, now Javed has once again demanded a non -bailable warrant against him in this case. The court has given the MP a last chance to appear in court once.
There has been a legal dispute between actress Kangana Ranaut and writer Javed Akhtar for a long time. There was a clash between the two about a case related to 2016, after which the celebrities of the film industry knocked on the court. The case did not appear in the hearing several times but the actress did not appear in the appearance, after which Javed Akhtar demanded action.
Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui, who represented Kangana Ranaut in the court, said that the actress was present in Parliament, due to which she could not come to court. However, Advocate Jai K Bhardwaj, appearing for Akhtar, filed an application demanding the release of non-bailable warrant (NBW) against him for the presence of Ranaut.
Magistrate Ashish Avari directed Siddiqui to file a reply to the application. Siddiqui opposed the release of NBW. However, the magistrate decided to give Ranaut a last chance before releasing the NBW.
40 dates have been imposed, Kangana did not come a single day
Kangana informed the Bandra Court through her lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui that she was in Parliament. For this reason, the court could not appear in the court. However, Javed’s lawyer Jai’s Bhardwaj filed an application demanding a non-bailable warrant against him to ensure the presence of Kangana. Kangana was given 40 dates for appearing in court, but she was not present in the court for a single day.
What is the whole matter
Let us know that the legal battle between Ranaut and Akhtar started with a meeting held at Akhtar’s residence in March 2016. At that time Ranaut and actor Hrithik Roshan were in discussion about the exchange of email, which had turned into a public dispute. Javed Akhtar, who was allegedly close to Hrithik Roshan, pledged to hold a meeting with Ranaut and allegedly asked him to apologize to Roshan. Ranaut did not respond immediately. However, Ranaut described the 2016 meeting with Akhtar during a television interview after actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s alleged suicide in 2020. Akhtar found the interview abusive and later filed a defamation complaint against Ranaut. The legal dispute increased further when Ranaut filed a counter -complaint against Akhtar, alleging that he tried to apologize to him under unfair pressure. The Dindoshi Sessions Court stayed this action against Akhtar.

Kangana had said, “Once Javed called me to his house and said that Rakesh Roshan and his family are very big people. If you do not apologize to them, then you will not stay anywhere. They will put you in jail. Kangana had told, “Javed had said that then I will be ruined and I will have to commit suicide. Javed shouted at me. Kangana described Javed as part of the ‘Bollywood Suicide Gang’.
