Both cubs healthy
Kuno management reported that both cubs born by Veera are completely healthy. After the birth of these cheetah cubs, there have been a total of 14 cubs in Kuno Park. At the same time, the number of cheetahs including 12 adults has now increased from 24 to 26.
At the same time, the team of doctors in the national park is keeping an eye on the little cubs. Two of these cheetahs Agni and air are roaming in the open forest.
Now the number of cheetahs in Koono Park
After the arrival of two new cubs in Kuno National Park, the number of cheetahs has also increased. Currently, the total number of cheetahs in Kuno Park has increased to 26, including 12 adult cheetahs and 14 cubs. The park management has also breathed a sigh of relief as the number of cheetahs increased.

Let us know that the ‘Project Cheetah’ was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September 2022. Under this, 20 cheetahs from Namibia and South Africa were brought to Koono National Park. The species of cheetahs had become extinct in India about 70 years ago. But efforts are being made to increase their number from this rehabilitation project. A natural environment of cheetahs has been created in Kuno, so that they can live safe and easily. Many cheetah cubs have been born so far under this project, which reflects the success of this conservation effort.
