10th convocation of Chhattisgarh-Raipur Agricultural University, 4 thousand students got degrees and 16 got gold medal

Governor and Chancellor Ramen Deka attended the 10th convocation of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University Raipur. On this occasion, he said that about 30 crore children and youth of the country are getting education at various levels. It is the priority of all of us to provide quality food, education and facilities for the bright future of this group.

Keeping this in view, new dimensions have been opened in the field of education across the country by implementing the new National Education Policy 2020, in which skill development has been given priority. Youth will play an important role in making India a 5 trillion economy. Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, before attending the 10th convocation of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, offered flowers at the statue of Swami Vivekananda installed in the university campus and remembered his virtue. Agriculture Minister Ram Vichar Netam and International Center for genetic engineering and biotechnology, former Director General of New Delhi, Dr. Wanga Shiva Reddy were specially present on the occasion. Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai distributed medals and degrees to the students who have passed the academic years 2022-23 and 2023-24 at the grand and dignified convocation held in the auditorium of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University Raipur. The meritorious students were awarded 16 gold, 18 silver and 4 bronze medals. Also, about 4200 students were given the degree of graduation, post graduation and Ph.D.
