Damascus
The US Army has said that it has carried out an air attack inside Syria. The air strike in North Western Syria was killed by the top terrorist of a terrorist group associated with Al Qaeda. The US Central Command said in a statement that it was part of the ongoing effort to stop and weaken terrorist groups in the air attack sector, which results in the death of Mohammad Salah al-Jabir to the Hurr al-Din group. The attack was carried out at a time when Ahmed Al-Shara, leader of the rebel Bal Tahrir al-Sham, who overthrew the Bashar al-Assad rule on Thursday, has been appointed as the acting President of Syria.
An air strike was done when Assad government collapsed
The US Army has been campaigning against groups associated with the Islamic State (ISIS) and al-Qaeda present in Syria. Earlier, the US Central Command had carried out dozens of airstrikes on ISIS bases following the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government in December last. Giving information about the attack in December 2024, the Central Command said that there were air strikes at more than 75 bases including ISIS leaders, operatives and camps.
The Central Command had said that the attacks were carried out so that the terrorist group could not take advantage of the end of the Assad rule. At that time, the US Army used B-52 bombers and F-15 in an airstrike. However, the latest attack is not mentioned which aircraft have been used in it.
Hamas military commander’s death confirmation in Gaza

According to a Times of Israeli report, Hamas spokesman Abu Obaida confirmed the death of Mohammad Dif in a video statement.
