Tesla’s CEO and social media platform X owner Alan Musk has made many headlines in the last few years. Musk, who is vocal about his views, is also in discussion about the post of minister in the Trump government these days. Meanwhile, another big news related to Musk has come out. Veteran industrialist Alan Musk has been nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize. Branco Grims, a member of the European MP, advocated him to give him the award.
The MP sent a petition for the nomination of Musk to the Norwegian Nobel Committee which has been approved. He said that Musk has contributed significantly to the freedom of fundamental human rights in the last few years, freedom of expression and free speech and that is why he has advocated the award to Musk.
Slovenia MP Grims, located in Central Europe, gave this information on social media. He wrote in one of his posts on X, “Alan Musk presented a proposal to give 2025 Nobel Peace Prize for his constant support for the fundamental human rights of expression and the fundamental human rights of peace.” At the same time, the Nobel Committee has accepted this nomination. Grims had earlier advocated the Nobel Peace Prize to Musk in December as well.
