Harish Kanwar, son of former Deputy Chief Minister of undivided Madhya Pradesh, late Pyarelal Kanwar, wife Sumitra Kanwar and daughter Ashi Kanwar, three years ago, a case of brutally killing by bribing inside her house came out a few years ago.

The incident caused sensation in the state, now after a three -year hearing in the case, the court sentenced five accused to life imprisonment. The accused include a total of five people, including the elder brother of the deceased and a woman. The police arrested the accused in the case and filed a charge sheet in the court, on the basis of which the court has given its verdict. Government Advocate Krishna Dwivedi said that Harish Kanwar and other members of his family were brutally murdered. The case was heard by a bench of third Additional Sessions Judge Sunil Kumar Nandeshwar. The prosecution presented all the evidence, on the basis of which the court sentenced all the accused to life imprisonment. This decision has proved to be important in bringing justice to the victim’s family. In the case, the police arrested the accused and filed a charge sheet in the court, on the basis of which the court gave its verdict. Government Advocate Krishna Dwivedi said that Harish Kanwar, son of Deputy Chief Minister Pyarelal Kanwar and other members of his family, were brutally murdered. After the court’s decision, Krishna Dwivedi said that a total of five accused have been punished in the case, including a woman and four men. A bench of third Additional Sessions Judge Sunil Kumar Nandeshwar heard the case. The prosecution had presented all the evidence in the case, which the court took cognizance and sentenced all the accused to life imprisonment. On 21 April 2021, it took place inside the house near Chowk in Bhainsma village of Uraga police station area. Harish Kanwar, son of late Pyarelal Kanwar, wife Sumitra Kanwar and daughter Ashi Kanwar were murdered in the morning. Taking cognizance of the case, the then Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu had instructed the police officers to take quick action. Within a few hours in the case, the police arrested the main accused of the murder, in which it was found that the killer was the brother -in -law of the deceased’s elder brother. While investigating the case deeply, the police also arrested other accused. In the triple murder case, the then Home Minister had said that in the initial inquiry, the money transaction case came to light. After this incident, top police officers reached the spot, the accused escaped after executing the incident, where the case came to the hand of an accused who had reached the government hospital nearby to get treatment. Got information where he was arrested on the spot and further action was taken after starting the inquiry.
