The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced a triangular ODI series of New Zealand, South Africa and host Pakistan’s participation ODI series before the ICC Champions Trophy. The PCB said in a statement, “The series will be played on a single league basis from 8 to 14 February, with the first two matches at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and the final league match and final match at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.” Pakistan and New Zealand will launch the series at the prestigious Gaddafi Stadium on 8 February. After this, New Zealand will face South Africa in a one -day match on 10 February. The match will be held in Karachi, where Pakistan will take on South Africa in a day/night match at the National Bank Stadium on 12 February. The final will be played on 14 February. Both Pakistan and New Zealand teams will practice in milky lights at Gaddafi Stadium on 6 February, while South Africa’s first match will be at the historic site on the morning of 9 February.
The four matches to be held at Gaddafi Stadium and National Bank Stadium will provide a great opportunity to the three teams to finalize the preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, as well as it is re -design and redeveloped through its world -class broadcast for PCB There will also be an ideal opportunity to display sites in front of the world. The PCB said, “The capacity of the audience has been increased at the Gaddafi Stadium, new chairs have been installed at the entire venue. Additionally, 480 state -of -the -art LED lights have been installed to increase the broadcast level, ensuring a great visual experience for fans around the world. To further improve the experience of the audience, two giant digital replay screens – 80 feet x 30 feet and 22 feet x 35 feet are measured. A completely new hospitality circle for players and officials is going to be completed, ensuring that the iconic stadium is fully on to provide a unique experience for all stakeholders. ”
“In the National Bank Stadium, significant promotion has been done, including creating a new hospitality enclosure for players and officials at the university end. To improve broadcast coverage, 350 LED lights have been installed, ensuring optimal visibility for global audiences. Two digital replay screens have already been fixed and 5,000 new chairs have been installed to increase the convenience of the audience. ” The defending champion Pakistan will start its Champions Trophy campaign against New Zealand in Karachi on 19 February.
