Bhopal Nawab’s second wife was trapped in the property of Arabs, a big shock to Saif Ali Khan!

Jabalpur
Another important disclosure has been made before the film actor Saif Ali Khan declared assets worth 15000 crores in Bhopal as enemy property. According to this, the last Nawab of Bhopal was also the second wife of Hamidullah, whose name was Aftab Jahan. He also had hundreds of acres of property in his name. He wrote a letter to hand over it to the government on his own free will. According to this, the property of Aftab Jahan will also be the property of the government.

Who says enemy property, what is the act?

Explain that according to the Enemy Property Act 1968, the Government of India has considered Pakistan and China as the enemy country of India. In 1968, a law was passed in the name of the Enemy Property Act. It is clear in this law that if a citizen of India takes citizenship of Pakistan or China, then the government declares its properties in India as enemy property and these properties become assets of the Government of India. In the year 2015, this law was done in an amendment and a line was also added that if there is any will about these properties, then they will not be considered.

Bhopal Nawab Hamidullah Khan did two marriages

Bhopal Advocate Jagdish Cantonment said, “Bhopal Nawab Hamidullah Khan had done two weddings. He was first married to Memuna Sultan. Nawab Hamidullah had three daughters from him. He married Aftab Jahan in 1947. However, Aftab Jahan was the friend of Sajia Sultan, the daughter of Nawab Hamidullah and was very young in age. But despite this, Nawab Hamidullah married him and gave him a share in his personal property. In this, Khanu village of Bhopal comes. It included some land in Khedi Borban, Halalpur, Behra as well as Sehore and Raisen districts. ”

Second wife Pakistan shift after the death of Nawab Hamidullah Khan

After Nawab Hamidullah Khan’s death on 4 February 1960, Aftab Begum also left India and moved to Pakistan. Even after going to Pakistan, he did not give a donation or power of attorney of his properties to anyone. A letter of 1977 is with the government, in which he agreed to hand over his properties to the Government of India. Aftab Begum died in 2000. The assets of Bhopal Nawab have also been declared as enemy property by quoting the letter of 1977 and under the Enemy Property Act 1968, Government of India.

Crisis on ownership of property of millions

If the government acquires these properties, then the assets of millions of people will be declared government, which are currently holding them. However, some of these assets are still unclaimed. Therefore, they can be occupied by the government. That means Saif Ali Khan’s claim on the property of Bhopal Nawab has weakened. Out of this, a very big property was also with the second wife of Bhopal Nawab. If new provisions are considered, then this entire property can go to the Government of India. In this case, Saif Ali Khan is also accused that he has hidden this fact from the Madhya Pradesh High Court during the petition.
