Bangladesh who attacked Saif Ali Khan, alert Maharashtra government, banned for 6 months

Mumbai
The man who attacked actor Saif Ali Khan has turned out to be Bangladesh, who illegally entered India. After this case, the Maharashtra government became alert and a campaign has been launched to locate intruders. Mahayuti Sarkar says that it is necessary to stop Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltration. For this, the government has banned the issuance of birth and death certificates in such cases till further orders, which are one year or even more old. Till now, certificates were issued after investigating the local authorities of such cases, but now it has also been banned. Almost all the districts of Maharashtra have been banned for at least the next 6 months.

Former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya had alleged that 4318 had settled in Bangladeshi and Rohingya Malegaon. Apart from this, 4537 such people have settled in Amravati and 15000 in Akola. All these people also have birth certificates made through fake documents. The Home Ministry has formed an SIT to investigate these allegations. Which will fully investigate such cases and report. This report will come in about 6 months and only then a decision will be taken to remove the ban. Some officials said that in cases of immediate death or birth, the evidence is correct and there is no problem in issuing certificates. But there is a problem in cases of one year or more. Many times people get certificates made through fake documents and they are used unmatched.

The Maharashtra government has taken this immediate decision to deal with such a situation. There is also a possibility that the rules for death and birth certificate should be tightened. Especially a setup can be made for the investigation of old cases. In fact, by 2023, there was a rule in the country that a judicial inquiry was done for a certificate in a year or more time.

After this, if the central government changed the rule, the District Magistrate and SDM have given authority that they can issue a certificate after investigation. Officials say that this concession given in the law has been benefited in many places. Especially in areas like Malegaon, Amravati in Maharashtra, this has happened in areas where Muslim -majority areas are more.
