Under this, not every child born in America will not be entitled to congenital citizenship. In fact, this order of Donald Trump will start 30 days after signing the executive order, that is, children who are born after February 20 will not get the innate citizenship of America. Due to this, many families want their children to be born before February 20 and get a birthright citizenship.
Long line for delivery
According to the report, at a maternity clinic in New Jersey, Dr. SD Rama said that due to the step of changing the 14th amendment of Trump’s birthright, there has been a long line for delivery of children before time. The doctor told that women are requesting them to deliver children before the date. So that they will be delivered before 20 February and their children get nationalism of congenital America.
Dr. Rama said that women who are standing outside their clinic with a long line are the largest number of Indian women who are 8 and 9 months pregnant. All women are demanding a C-section before February 20. Explaining how nervous the people are, the doctor said, a woman who is 7 months pregnant and her delivery time is in March, the documents have been signed to get C-section with her husband ahead of time.
Premature delivery can be threatened

He further said, we have sacrificed a lot to come to America. Now, feeling that doors are closing for us.

Due to this, there are many people who are illegally living in the country, they will also be taken out. An Indian man living in California said about this, he has been living in America for the last 8 years after illegally entered the country, after which he said that my wife is pregnant and our lawyer had said that if If our child gets congenital citizenship, then it will be much better for us to stay here.
He said, we thought of asking for shelter in America, but then my wife became pregnant and our lawyer suggested that we will get direct citizenship through our child, but now our difficulty has increased.

Donald Trump signed an order to change the birthright policy on 20 January after assuming power in the country. Under which now not all children born in America are entitled to congenital citizenship under the 14th amendment to the Constitution. Rather, it is necessary to have an American citizen of the child’s mother or father to get congenital citizenship.
According to a report by USA Today, a Trump official said during a briefing, the government will not recognize automatic birthright for children of illegal people born in the US.
