Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, Smt. Krishna Gaur said that citizens have become owners of land through the lien scheme of giving land ownership certificates to the residents of urban areas. He said that a survey of citizens residing before the year 2014 was conducted. On the basis of the survey, such residents, who were living where they were before 2014, have been given land owner’s rights certificate. At the residence office, Minister of State Mrs. Gaur distributed land owner rights letters to 61 residents of settlements like Khajuri Kala, Barkheda Pathani etc.
Minister of State Smt. Gaur said that the residents who have been given land owner rights letters. With this they can take loan from the bank to build their house. You can also get electricity-water connection etc. for your house. They will no longer be afraid of being removed by anyone. This gift has been given to the residents of urban areas by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Minister of State Mrs. Gaur said that this scheme is now being amended to include residents till 2019 also. A survey is being conducted in the urban areas where the person was residing till 2019. After the survey, they will also be provided land owner rights certificate. On this occasion, Surendra Vatika, V. Shakti Rao, Neeraj Singh, Mrs. Madhu Sibnani, SDM MP Nagar L.K. Khare, Tehsildar MP Nagar Alok Pare, Naib Tehsildar Sushivangi Khare and beneficiaries who received land owner rights letters were present.
