Recently, on September 19, 2024, journalist Maniram Soni had sought information related to E Kuber through Right to Information for publishing in the newspaper because according to the information, about 60% of the state of Chhattisgarh is a tribal dominated area where Surguja is still located. Due to lack of roads, electricity, water and network in some areas under the division’s area, the online network system does not work completely. In such a situation, laborers working in some departments are not able to receive their daily wages. In view of these problems, information was sought from Richa Sharma, Chief Secretary, Forest Climate Change Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh, that all the districts under the area of Surguja division and A constitutional photocopy of the notification passed by the State Administrator regarding when the permission was given to implement e-Kuber in the scheduled areas of District Gaurela Pendra Marwahi was sought.

The constitutional information regarding when the proposal was passed and permission was given and when it was implemented was not provided by the officers holding constitutional posts.
However, now it remains to be seen what information is given or provided by the Administrator of the Scheduled Area, only time can tell better..?
