Governor Mangubhai Patel has said that the government has planned to eradicate TB by 2025. The target has been set to completely eradicate the disease. T.B. Associations should carry out the work of disease campaign on top priority. T.B. All activities related to treatment and awareness of TB should be carried out at an intensive level on a sustained basis. Governor Patel M.P. State TB The above instructions were given in the association meeting. He has T.B. Rs 1 lakh has been provided to the association from the discretionary fund for eradication efforts. In the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor K.C. Gupta was also present.
Governor Patel said that T.B. Awareness is most important in eradication efforts. Therefore, TB is prevalent in remote rural areas, slums, schools and colleges. Continue the awareness activities continuously. T.B. Along with treatment, provide counseling to patients and their families. Also provide them advisory cards.
T.B. Take cooperation of public representatives in eradication work
Governor Patel said that the association will educate the public representatives of the area about T.B. Provide information about eradication efforts. Seek cooperation from MPs and MLAs in eradication efforts. He said that T.B. Awareness activities for eradication should be widely disseminated. T.B. Cooperation of local NGOs and industrial organizations should also be obtained for participation in eradication efforts.

He reviewed the association’s training, publicity, health check-up camps, grants, sources of income, construction work etc. Guided the officials.
