In Vijaypur Nagar of Sheopur district of Madhya Pradesh, the administration got a JCB moving in case of encroachment during the construction of a two-line road. During this action taken against encroachment, large scale encroachment including the platforms and boundary balls in front of about 60 houses were demolished. The administration will also raze the houses coming in the middle of road construction. During this action, police forces of five police stations were present on the spot.
A two-line road from Bandhpura to the bus stand in Vijaypur of the district has been completed. But many houses along the road from Gandhi Chowk to Vijaypur Community Hospital are under encroachment. The administration has already taken action to raze about 20 houses by using bulldozers. But due to assembly by-elections, the administration had to stop this action midway. Now again the administration has started taking action against encroachment and removing the encroachment to complete the construction of the road.
Now encroachment has been removed from about 60 houses including the main gate of the market. After the completion of the construction work of this road, Vijaypur city will get new beauty and will get relief from the daily traffic jams. This entire action has been taken under the leadership of Vijaypur SDM Abhishek Mishra.
SDM of Vijaypur section Abhishek Mishra says that due to encroachment in Vijaypur the road work was not being completed. Action is being taken to remove illegal encroachment, whatever houses are affected by encroachment will be demolished and road work will be completed.
