Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, through video conference in the Ministry on Friday, instructed the Collectors to speed up the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign and to give priority to establishing order by quickly resolving the problems of the citizens. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there should be healthy competition to ensure that the district takes the lead in the implementation of schemes. Make sure that the target of benefiting maximum beneficiaries in various schemes under the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign is completed by January 22.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the role of Collector in the districts is important from the point of view of development works and public welfare. Priority should be given to better implementation of schemes for the welfare of youth, farmers, women and the poor of the society.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the identity of the District Collector will be formed only on the basis of best implementation of work and public welfare programs. Necessary publicity of special achievements in some areas should also be done through social media and other means. This will inspire officers and everyone else in other districts to do such work.
Collector, see the arrangements for night shelters
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that ensure good care of the people living in night shelters during winter. Inspect the night shelters from time to time and take stock of the arrangements. Along with this, collectors should also conduct surprise inspections of police stations. The Collector should keep a close eye on the incidents in the district. There should be no lack of communication and contact with public representatives.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that such events should be organized in important service sectors in the districts, which enhance the importance of the district.
T.B. Increase activities in disease control
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed the collectors that Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the campaign to control tuberculosis by identifying 347 districts of the country in the Nikshay Abhiyan and making special efforts. This campaign will run till March 24. 23 districts have been identified in Madhya Pradesh under Nikshay Abhiyan. This campaign should be given momentum in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that 5 districts of the state, Mandsaur, Narsinghpur, Mandla, Betul and Khandwa are at the top in the implementation of this campaign. Similarly T.B. Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Mandsaur, Anuppur and Mandla are at the forefront in distribution of food baskets to patients. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that T.B. Collectors can also make various innovations in the work of control.
The health director informed that an X-ray machine was purchased in Mandsaur and one T.B. Taking a pledge to take care of the patient and fight TB in Ujjain and Neemuch. The work of registration and treatment of patients has been done in a quality manner.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that organizations like Red Cross Society, NCC and NSS are involved in TB prevention. Support should be obtained for the eradication campaign. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that assistance work should be done in a coordinated manner in the districts to help the poor citizens under the Ayushman Scheme.
Chief Secretary Anurag Jain directed the Collector regarding the treatment of sickle cell anemia patients in the state. Additional Chief Secretary of the Chief Minister’s Office, Dr. Rajesh Rajoura and other senior officials were present in the video conference.
