The year 2025 had a great start for the Indian Stock Market. On the first day on January 1, Sensex-Nifty closed on the green mark with a rise, then this momentum continued on Thursday also. Bombay Stock Exchange Sensex (BSE Sensex) had closed with a rise of 368 points on the previous trading day, whereas today it is trading with a gain of 700 points. Greenery is also being seen in the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE Nifty). Amidst the boom in the market, shares ranging from Bajaj Finance to Railtel were seen jumping.

Sensex rises more than 250 points
Trading in the stock market started in the green zone on Thursday. Sensex opened at the level of 78,657.52 compared to its previous closing of 78,507.41 and after some time it was seen trading at the level of 78,893.18 with a rise of more than 350 points. Like Sensex, Nifty was also seen jumping. NSE index jumped from its previous closing level of 23,742.90 and started trading at 23,783 and within minutes it gained momentum and reached the level of 23,868 with a rise of 110 points.

The stock market had run away yesterday also
On Wednesday, the last trading day, after the initial slowness, the pace of the stock market suddenly increased and by the time the market closed, Sensex-Nifty closed with strong gains. BSE Sensex, after opening at 78,265.07, closed the trade at 78,507.41 with a gain of 368.40 points. Similarly, like Sensex, NSE Nifty also climbed 98.10 points after opening at 23,637.65 and closed at 23,742.90.

These 10 stocks gained the most
On Thursday, the last trading day of the week, during early trading, Bajaj Finance Share was at the forefront of the most fleeing shares and was seen trading at Rs 7,143.15 with a jump of about 3 percent. After this, large cap Bajaj Finserv Share (2.50%), Infy Share (1.90%), Kotat Bank Share (1.60%) were trading with gains.

In the midcap category, Railtel Share (6.43%), Policy Bazar Share (2.90%), IGL Share (2.38%) were trading up, while among the smallcap companies, Rico Auto Share jumped the fastest by 13.72%. Along with this, DYCL Share was also trading up by around 7%.
