Cold has started increasing once again in Chhattisgarh. The mercury has dropped by 2 degrees due to rain and cold winds. The maximum and minimum temperatures of cities are less than 2 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, a drop of 4 to 5 degrees in the minimum temperature may be recorded in the coming days. Due to reduction in the effect of western disturbance, there has been a change in the wind direction in the state. The maximum temperature in Raipur on Sunday was 28.9 degrees and the minimum temperature was 18.7 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 29 degrees in Mana, 28.2 degrees in Bilaspur, 25.6 degrees in Pendraroad, 26 degrees in Ambikapur, 30.2 degrees in Jagdalpur, 31.2 degrees in Durg. Whereas the minimum temperature was recorded at 18.7 degrees Celsius in Raipur, 16.8 degrees Celsius in Mana, 18 degrees Celsius in Bilaspur, 13.2 degrees Celsius in Pendraroad, 13.6 degrees Celsius in Ambikapur, 18.1 degrees Celsius in Jagdalpur and 17.6 degrees Celsius in Durg.

Staff security arrangements will increase
Raipur. Now there will be strict security arrangements for doctors and staff in hospitals. Raipur Commissioner Mahadev Kavre has given these instructions to the officials in the meeting. For this, instructions have been given to send a proposal to the state government. Kavre has talked about increasing the number of CCTV cameras in hospitals. The Commissioner also directed to take immediate action on the complaints received in helpline number 112 regarding any untoward incident in the hospital premises.

A program of presentation of Bhaktamar poetry and Maha Aarti has been organized by Shri Digambar Jain Panchayat Trust and Mahila and Balika Mandal at Shri Adinath Bada Jain Temple Malviya Road.
