Assistant Excise Commissioner Manish Khare said that the places of New Year parties are being marked through social media and other mediums. Organizers are being directed to organize liquor parties only after obtaining a casual license.
Pubs and restaurants should close by 12 midnight
Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal have submitted a memorandum to ACP Amit Singh regarding 31 December.
